Yes. When a caller asks for a person, it transfers the call to your number during your business hours. Outside those hours it takes a message and sends it to you.

Only prices you have approved in writing. If a caller asks about anything else, it takes their details and passes the question to you.

About 7 business days after you approve its info: your services, hours, service area, approved prices and where requests should go.
